2016 Annual Customer Conferences concluded successfully
2016 exported steel products reach 5.25 million tons, increase 64% from the last year

December 27, the annual customers' conference of cold rolled products was wrapped up; it marked all the annual conferences ended smoothly in 2016. Mr. Gong Sheng, Mr. Shen Bin and Mr. He Chunsheng with other Shagang leaders received and welcomed these more than 1000 representatives of 434 customers from all over the country; they communicated the harmonic cooperative friendship, discussed the strategic partnership to overcome the tough challenges and summarized the development guidelines.

Mr. Shen Bin expressed that in 2015, Shagang has strengthened the integration of production, marketing and research to cope with the complicated and tough market situation, constantly optimized the product structure and promoted new product development, so that the production and marketing of grade steel reached 6.70 million tons, 37% grade steel sales proportion and 44 new products development. In parallel, Shagang improved the post-sale service level to meet the demands of customers, integrated the sales, technology, production and logistics these four departments as a systemic service system to realize the prime service and high efficiency. According to the statistics, Shagang headquarters' steel sales was predicted to 21.62 million tons with year-on-year growth of 2.8%, sales-output ratio reach 100.6%, among them 5.47 million tons of constructive steel, 5.90 million tons of prime wire, 5.72 million tons of hot strip coil, 5.72 million tons of heavy plate and 2.41 million tons of cold rolled products.

Mr. Gong Sheng analyzed the market trends, he said, got along with the prosperity of 'Internet+', fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, the new industry, new ecology and new model were constantly emerging, the macro economy still developed in high-middle speed; China's industrialization and urbanization were not completed yet, the construction in mid west was in the ascendant with the big demand of steel products, so the price of raw material and steel product must be rebounding. Shagang is a consumerist and quite confident although the steel market would be still in serious situation in 2016; base on the actual conditions of market, Shagang will improve the service level, adhere to the consumerism, control cost and upgrade quality to satisfy the service requirements from all customers. On the other hand, we optimized the systemic service supply on logistics, advanced the development and operation of Jiulong Steel Logistics Park with all strength to standup a top platform of bringing customers considerable benefits.

The good prospects of market and favorable news which were released from macro policies make all customers full fill with hope towards 2016.
