Guangxi Shanggang Manganese Industry Co., Ltd was organized by Shagang Group and Tianshun Mining Development Co., Ltd as a silicon-manganese alloys producing company. It is situated in Tiandeng County, Chongzuo City of Guangxi, 280 kilometers away from Qinzhou Port, and 80 kilometers far from Qin-Chong Expressway.

The annual production is 300,000 tons of silicon-manganese alloys. This project has been listed into Metallurgy Industrial Adjustment and Revitalization Program of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and regarded as one of the three important construction projects in Guangxi. Until now, there have been 4 16500KVA ore-smelting electric furnaces finished with the annual production capacity of 150,000 tons of silicon-manganese alloys. Eventually, this project will form a production sale of 300,000 tons of silicon-manganese every year. In 2021, the company was rated as "Guangxi Top 100 Private Enterprises in Manufacturing industry" by Federation of Industry and Commerce of Guangxi Zhuang(one of ethnic minorities) Autonomous Region, ranking the 80th.
