October,18^th, the 19^th CPC National Congress started in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing.  9 am. in the conference room No.208 of the administration building, representatives of party members under management staff of various levels, organized by Shagang, collectively watched the live TV broadcasting of the congress. Mr. Shen Bin, secretary of party committee of Shagang Group, Mr. Chen Xiaodong, standing deputy secretary of the party committee, Madam Lei Xueming, standing member of the party committee, together with other hundred of party members under the management staffs watched the live broadcasting of the opening ceremony of the congress and listened to the report delivered by Xi Jinping, representing the 18^th central committee of CPC.

The 19^th CPC National Congress is a significant meeting, held in the final stage of securing a decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects and key period of entering a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It is a great event in the political life of the party, the nation and Chinese people of all ethnic groups. Mr. Chen Xiaodong said: the report delivered on the 19^th CPC National Congress showed a clear direction for the further scientific and innovative development and structural transformation and upgrading of Shagang. Management staff and party members shall seriously study the spirit of the 19^th CPC National Congress, firm our determination, look for every opportunity, forward Shagang tradition and make our active contribution to the “dream of strong nation” with a strong steel industry.    

The report delivered on the 19^th CPC National Congress has initiated strong responses under the party members and management staffs. After listened to the report via TV broadcasting, Mr. Qian Hongjian, secretary of the party general branch of long product division said very excited that the report delivered by Xi Jinpin on the 19^th CPC National Congress has called all party members to remain true to our original aspiration and keep our mission firmly in mine and work for the well-being of the people. As a party member and a management staff of primary level, he is to focusing on the upgrading grogram of the long product based on the demands of the corporation and actual condition of his division. Production plan for the year 2018 has been prepared which will be a part of firm foundation of the development of the organization in next year. Ms. Da Jupin, a staff member of the department of organization and personnel, said excited, she feels inspired after listened to the report and the report entailed serious thinking.   As a party member and a staff member of primary level, she is determined to be firm on the job, be dedicated to company, to remain true to original aspiration and move forward, she said.
