Zhangjiagang Shagang Recycling Iron-steel Materials Processing and Supply Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Recycling Company") was established in September 1991. It’s located in Jinfeng Town, Zhangjiagang City, close to Shanghai, Suzhou, Wuxi, Changzhou and Yangtze River, and has 10 kilometers of coastline along the river with obvious geographical advantages.

Recycling Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Shagang Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 250 million yuan. It is one of the first batch of enterprises that meet the "《废钢铁加工行业准入条件》Admittance Conditions for Scrap Processing Industry" of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. After years of construction of renewable resources recycling system, Scrap Co., Ltd. has become a professional sorting center, regional trading market and comprehensive utilization and treatment base, forming a complete industrial chain from renewable resources recycling, processing to logistics and distribution.

At present, Recycling Company has two 6000HP scrap crushing production lines in Shagang headquarters, with an annual processing capacity of 2 million tons. Scrap bases are built in Suzhou, Changzhou, Haimen, Jiangdu,Jiangsu and Zhuji, Taozhuang,Zhejiang, with an annual acquisition volume of 1 million tons of scrap.

For the next development plan, according to the national recycling resources structure, Recycling Company will combine with the distribution network of the Group member enterprise (Jiangsu Huaian, Henan Anyang, Liaoning Fushun, Dalian, etc), through a variety of forms such as joint acquisition, joint venture, equity participation and sole proprietorship to launch recycling base layout in all parts of the country, To form an industrial scale of 12 ~ 15 million tons/year of scrap processing and utilization, and improve the recycling efficiency of scrap.
