January 13, the 15th Congress of Suzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce was held. Cao Lubao, member of Standing Committee of CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Secretary of CPC Suzhou Municipal Committee; Gu Wanfeng, Deputy Minister of United Front Work Department of CPC Jiangsu Provincial Committee and Secretary of CPC Federation of Industry and Commerce attended the conference and gave a speech. The appointment ceremony of Honorary Chairman of Suzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce was held at the meeting. In view of the outstanding contributions made to the development of private economy and Suzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce undertakings, six private entrepreneurs including Shen Wenrong are appointed as honorary Chairmen of Suzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce after the study of Suzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce and the agreement of organization Department of Suzhou Municipal Party Committee and United Front Work Department of Suzhou Municipal Party Committee. Shen Bin, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shagang Group, Executive Director of the Board and Chairman of Shagang Co., LTD, was elected Vice-Chairman of the 15th Executive Committee of Suzhou Federation of Industry and Commerce.
