Historical Evolution

　　Northeast Special Steel Group Shandong Yinglun Machinery Co., Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as "Shandong Yinglun") originated from Zhaoyuan Gear Factory established in 1986. In 2006, it was acquired by Northeast Special Steel Group, and Northeast Special Steel Group Shandong Yinglun Machinery Co., Ltd was established then.

　　In April 2024, Jiangsu Shagang Co., Ltd. acquired the 67% equity of Shandong Yinglun previously held by Northeast Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. and became its largest shareholder.

　　Company Overview

　　Shandong Yinglun is located in the northern part of Zhaoyuan, Shandong Province, with convenient land and water transportation. It is 3 km from the Rongcheng-Wuhai Expressway, 5 km from Zhaoyuan High-Speed Rail Station, and 20 km from Longkou Port. As a high-tech enterprise in Shandong Province specializing in gear research, development, and manufacturing, the company possesses world-class equipment, including Swiss Reishauer gear grinders and German Pfauter gear hobbing machines, and over 600 sets of first-class domestic gear processing equipment. With total assets of RMB 500 million and more than 400 employees, it produces mainly commercial vehicle engine gears, new energy vehicle gears, and transmission gears, and the products rank at the medium-to-high end of the industry. Product precision can reach Grade 4, fully meeting China’s National VI emission standards.

　　Major Customers

　　The company primarily supplies top ten domestic commercial vehicle engine manufacturers such as Weichai Group, Shangchai Group, and Yuchai Group. Products are also exported to Europe, the United States, and other regions. Marine and power generation gears produced by the company are widely used in submarines and naval vessels through partnerships with main engine manufacturers like Weichai and Yuchai.

　　Meanwhile, the company is accelerating the enhancement of its R&D and production capabilities for new energy commercial vehicle gears and has become a supplier of gears and shafts for companies including eKontrol Drive, Sany STE Transmission Equipment, and Suzhou Lvkon.
